This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation IAW FAR Part 12 and 13. Submit written quotes in reference to Request for Quote (RFQ) reference number FA5587-16-Q-0024. This solicitation is a requirement for a Point of Sale (POS) Recreational Management System that meets the minimum specifications contained in this solicitation. As such only quotes with items that meet the minimum specifications contained within the Statement of Work (SOW) will be accepted.

Due to the overseas location of this solicitation, no set-aside will be used. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541511-Custom Computer Programming Services

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-89, DPN 20160811, AFAC 2016-0603.

To be considered for award, note that you or your company must be registered in SAM and if awarded the contract, must subsequently enroll in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for purpose of invoice/payment.
Please note that WAWF is the ONLY ACCEPTABLE means of invoicing for payment. Vendors should provide their DUNS number, CAGE/NCAGE code, and confirmation of their registration in WAWF along with their quote.

Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, and materials to install equipment for the Recreational Management System Point of Sales (POS) system. The project will provide the terminals where required to areas throughout buildings 404, 240, 162, 849, and 450. The system will include POS systems for cash drawer, receipt printer, scanner, and required cabling. Management terminal to include desktop computer screen, mouse, keyboard and all necessary cables, and a centralized server. The contract shall provide initial system training upon install.
