AMERICAN RECOVERY AND RE-INVESTMENT ACT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE (NPS) Northeast Region intends to enter into negotiations with a firm to be determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for rehabilitation of the Exterior of Historic Weir and Young Studio, Weir Farm National Historic Park, Wilton, Connecticut. This effort includes construction and installation of wood siding, trim repair, windows, doors, and sill repair or replacement-in-kind; furnishing and installing copper biocide strip under existing roof boards and repair or replacement of chimney. This announcement is not a solicitation for offers. The NPS anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to a capable 8(a) firm pursuant to FAR 19.8 and FAR 6.302-5(b)(4). The estimated price range of this effort is $100,000 to $250,000. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) 236220.
