This procurement will be firm-fixed price and will be competed under pre-existing Multiple Award Federal Supply Schedule contracts. A competitive solicitation (RFQ419897) will be issued via GSA E-Buy. This will be funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, and is subject to the reporting requirements of the Act.
