The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland Distrcit (USACE - Portland) intends to issue Modification 0001 to the Wyeth Fishing Access Site Project which is part of the Columbia River Treaty Fishing Access Sites (CRTFAS) program. CRTFAS is an authorized project for the mitigation of lost Native American treaty fishing access resulting from construction of the Bonneville Dam on the Columbia River. Project elements include roadway design, a grade separated crossing over existing Union Pacific Railroad tracks, marine structures (including a boat dock, a boat ramp, and breakwaters), vault toilets, and campground facilities. This modification will remove the design of protective fencing on the bridge; the design of offsite environmental improvement plans at Site B; and the construction of offsite environmental improvement plans at Site B.
