Portland District Corps of Engineers intends to issue a Modification P00009 using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding under Contract No. W9127N-06-P-0086, awarded to Best Pots, Inc. for servicing of chemical toilets and pumping vault/septic tanks. The modification will increase funding per the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) established specifically for work that falls under ARRA: CLIN 7401 in the amount of $0.00, CLIN 7402 in the amount of $956.08, CLIN 7403 in the amount of $956.08, CLIN 7404 in the amount of $534.00, CLIN 7405 in the amount of $726.00, CLIN 7406 in the amount of $1,452.00, CLIN 7407 in the amount of $363.00, CLIN 7408 in the amount of $363.00, CLIN 7409 in the amount of $363.00, CLIN 7410 in the amount of $726.00, CLIN 7411 in the amount of $726.00, CLIN 7412 in the amount of $766.48, CLIN 7413 in the amount of $1,167.32, CLIN 7414 in the amount of $890.00, and CLIN 7415 in the amount of $726.00. This action will increase the contract by a total amount of $10,714.96.
