RECOVERY - This notice is for informational purposes only under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).  The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service intends to issue BPA Call Order HSHQE5-10-J-00049, P00002 on Subject BPA HSCEC5-09-A-00003 to Deco, Inc, Champlin, MN.  The BPA Call Order will be for temporary armed guard services in accordance with the BPA's Temporary Additional Services (TAS) line item.  The BPA is funded in whole with $344,665.75 by the Recovery Act.  These guards will be procured to stand post at GSA buildings during ARRA funded construction and/or renovations at the Birch Bayh Bldg., 46 E Ohio, Indianapolis, IN; Minton-Capehart Bldg., 575 N Pennsylvania, Indianapolis, IN; Major General, Emmett J. Bean 8899 East 56^th St, Indianapolis, IN, 46204; and the Hammond Federal Courthouse, 5400 Federal Plaza, Hammond, IN, 46320.
