The Amendment hereby changes the following: The BPA Call Order is funded in whole with $48,316.79 by the Recovery Act.


RECOVERY - This notice is for informational purposes only under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).  The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service intends to issue BPA Call Order HSHQE5-12-F-00059 on subject BPA HSCEC5-09-A-00003 to Deco, Inc, Champlin, MN.  The BPA Call Order will be for temporary armed guard services in accordance with the BPA's Temporary Additional Services (TAS) line item.  The BPA Call Order is funded in whole with $48,316.79 by the Recovery Act.  These guards will be procured to stand post at GSA buildings during ARRA funded construction and/or renovations at theMinton-Capehart Federal Building, 575 N Pennsylvania, Indianapolis, IN and the Birch Bayh Federal Building and US Courthouse, 46 East Ohio St, Indianapolis, IN. 46204.
