Total Small Business Set-Aside The Economic Recovery Operations Center Intermountain located in Golden, Colorado intends to award a contract for snowmobile trail brushing, approximately 77.5 miles of trails/roads. It requires furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals necessary to perform snowmobile trail/roadside brushing and clearing. The project is located on the Seeley Lake Ranger District of the Lolo National Forest. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated, requiring submission of past performance, progress schedule and price, at a minimum. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer is the lowest price technically acceptable. Contractors shall be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and complete the Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA).
