THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR LISTED UNDER THE SBA 8(A) PROGRAM requirement number for AHTNA, Incorporated. Project Information: Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to rehabilitate interior and exterior portions of a wood frame, gable roof, single story Residence/Bunkhouse (Residence) (Asset 10035586) of approximately 1,230 SF, on existing exposed post, pad and beam foundation and adjacent 500G HO tank (Asset 10035591). Work involves temporary disconnect of utilities; lifting and temporary support of the building for new work; placement of compacted, classified D-1 fill; foundation replacement; minor interior demolition and new work involving finishes, electrical, carpentry and plumbing; water service by-pass; building envelope improvements; new exterior landing, stairs and handrail assembly. Base Bid Item 1: 1. Building (Asset 10035586) - Lift Residence and place on new compacted, classified fill; replace foundation; extend utilities and reconnect. Base Bid Item 2: 2. Building (Asset 10035586) - Remove ENTRY partitions (wallboard, FRP panels (save for reuse on NEW WORK) fasteners, studs, plates, etc.), floor finishes, trim, base, doors, louvered vents, electrical (fixtures, outlets, switches, cover plates, etc.); relocate switch to entry door; reconnect to ceiling fixture; water pump/valves, bypass. Optional Bid Items: 1. Tank (Asset 10035591) - Lift 500G HO tank and place on new compacted, classified fill; reconnect.2. Construct landing, stairs, handrail assembly and foundation for landing.3. Insulate and finish VESTIBULE. Estimated Price Range: Between $150,000.00 and $180,000.00 The awarded contract will be firm fixed price and shall be FOB destination. Award is contingent upon the award recipient meeting the requirements of Section 1512 of the Recovery Act.
