The General Service Administration (GSA) and Pricing Execution and Tools Division intends to award one task order for contractor support. The Pricing Execution and Tools Division provides Spatial Data Management (SDM), Computer Integrated Facilities Management (CIFM), Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), business applications and solutions, local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), microcomputer hardware/software, information and knowledge management, and data communications. The Pricing Execution & Tools Division is divided into two branches: Spatial Data Management, Occupancy Agreement and Rent Bill Management/ Occupancy Agreement rent team.
The contractor shall provide complete support for the Occupancy Agreement Management (OAM) program using and integrating System for Tracking and Administrating Real property (STAR) and the occupancy Agreement Tool (OA Tool). OAM is the effort to ensure all federal OAs are completed and assist with review of all leased OAs in GSA/NCR's buildings and is the mission of the Pricing Execution & Tools mission. NCR/PET's support of the OAM program includes (but is not limited to) project management, verifying the accuracy of contractors for data management in STAR and spatial submittals, ANSI/BOMA and GSA/PBS Pricing Desk Guide interpretation and application to the occupancy agreements, correcting errors and omissions, modifications/changes, problem or data conflict resolution, close coordination with the other business lines within PBS/NCR, assignment and billing changes, interpretation and enforcement of GSA/PBS guidelines and policies for spatial and assignment data, data conversion, database maintenance, drawing library development and maintenance, ad hoc drawings. Contractor must be able to obtain the appropriate security clearances requested by our customers for access to GSA/PBS/NCR buildings.
The estimated period of performance will be approximately 12 month period and (two) options, from the date of contract award.
These support services are in support of GSA stimulus projects in the National Capital Region. The government intends to issue a task order for (1) SDM Analyst. The government total estimate of hours for the support service is 2,000. This task order requires a performance period of (12) month from Date of Award and result in a firm fixed price task order placed with one of the three schedule contractor that provides the best value to the Government.
The contractor shall provide all necessary qualified personnel, materials and services to conduct/perform approved support requirements in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide support service to the Pricing Execution and Tools Division
The contractor selected must have experience, capability and willingness to commit the resources necessary to plan, organize, and execute the tasks in an expeditious and efficient manner.
