The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 5 will be issuing a contract modification to obligate funds for a Work Assignment (WA) under the RAC II contract to excavate and dispose of  lead and arsenic-contaminated soil at approximately 125 homes. Yards will be reseeded and returned to their original condition. The WA is estimated to be $5,000,000.
