Recovery - The project is for demolition of Prichard Sport Complex located at Fort Hood, Texas. The project involves the removal of a sports stadium and associated aspects of a sports complex. The Contractor shall perform demolition in accordance with the requirements in the Performance Work Statement, all applicable Federal, State and local regulations and all approved/accepted Work Plans and submittals. The require submittals for this project are: Site Specific Demolition Work Plan, Waste Management and Diversion Plan, Accident Prevention Plan (APP), Contractors Quality Control Plan, Permits and Notifications, Explosives Safety Submission, and Demolition Project Schedule. In addition to demolition; the Contractor shall remove exterior pole-mounted lights; demolish and remove all ancillary items; remove all debris; asbestos contaminated materials (ACM) abatement; and hazardous materials removal and disposal. Following the demolition effort, the Contractor shall restore the site with respect to grading and proper drainage.
