THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM.

 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District intends to issue a task order against an Indefinite Delivery AE Contract (Contract Number W911KB-07-D-0017) with West Construction Company, Inc. (DUNS: 015989171)  for the Seward East Breakwater Extension, Seward, Alaska.   The task order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

 This opportunity is available only to contractor West Construction Company, Inc. under Contract Number W911KB-07-D-0017, which was previously competed and awarded in FY07.

 This project was competed between the two IDIQ civil works contractors, (Western Marine Construction and West Construction Company, Inc.).  This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program.
