RECOVERY – THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AS REQUIRED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA). It is the intent of the Forest Service to use an existing GSA Contract SIN Numbers 246-50 & 246-51 for the RECOVERY Pine Creek Energy Efficiency Upgrades for the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program (FAR 8.401 & FAR 8.405-3). The Forest Service will enter into negotiations with firms under the existing contracts/sin numbers to reach a best value determination for award. The Forest Service intends to utilize an existing GSA Schedule/Contract The U.S. Forest Service, EROC-NW, servicing Region 6 has a requirement for Pine Creek Energy Efficiency Upgrades. This contract is to perform an energy analysis on seven buildings, Propose recommendations, drawings and installation of approved recommendations. This will be completed in two phases; study/analysis and installation. Proper disposal of used material is to be included as part of this contract. The location of the worksite from Interstate 5, take exit 21 for Highway 503 toward Woodland/Cougar. Turn right heading East on Lewis River Rd/Highway 503 for approximately 32 miles. Continue on to Road/Highway 90 for approximately 15 miles to Pine Creek Work Center located on the left hand side.
