The Bureau of Indian Affairs has identified the need for Design of Rivercrest Road, Phase 3 - Bridge (BIA Rte 3600) at the Catawba Indian Tribe Reservation in Rock Hill, South Carolina, York County USA In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009, Pub.L. 111-5, the Government posts this pre solicitation notice of intent to issue a task order under an established ID/IQ Contract to PAI of Kentucky Inc. Project Scope: This Task Order is issued pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract Number CBM00070015 and any modifications thereto. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment and any incidentals necessary to complete the Design of Rivercrest Road, Phase 3 and any other related task associated with the specified project. Recipients of Federal awards from funds authorized under Division A of the ARRA must comply with all requirements specified in Division A of the ARRA (Public Law 111-005), including reporting requirements outlined in Section 1512 of the Act.
