The resulting contract will utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. This project will consist of the renovation of three historical buildings located on the San Carlos Ranger District of the San Isabel National Forest. Work will consist of, but not limited to, roof repair, window and door replacement, siding replacement, sidewalk repair, insulation installation, replace flooring, remodel bathrooms, and electrical work.
