THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a delivery order against NASA's Solutions for Enterprise Wide Procurement IV contract vehicle (SEWP) to assist in cyber security. The objective of the effort under this task order is to attain support for enhancement of the Department of Health and Human Services' (DHHS) real-time situational awareness and security, focused on the overall solution which is in the areas of incident prevention and incident detection. CDC seeks to attain a contractor team that will deliver a turnkey solution that integrates seamlessly with other components of the HHS Computer Security Incident Response Center (CSIRC) and security architecture of other HHS organizations or units . The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.
This action will result in a competitively awarded Firm Fixed Price delivery order. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. A Request will be issued to a selected vendor group in accordance with the ordering procedures under the SEWP contract vehicle. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the ARRA Program.
