RECOVERY - This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).

The Forest Service will be advertising for a Stewardship Contract on the Huron-Manistee National Forests. The Timber portion of this contract consists of four payment units covering approximately 863 acres. The service portion of this consists of 4 payment units covering approximately 863 acres of fuels reduction and removal. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on June 4 2010 with proposals due on July 6, 2010.
