Portland District Corps of Engineers intends to issue a modification using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding under Contract No. W9127N-10-P-0219, awarded to Philadelphia Gear Corporation to refurbish spillway gear boxes. The modification will increase funding per the following Contract Line Item Nos. established specifically for work that falls under ARRA: CLIN 7701 in the amount of $540,804.00, CLIN 7702 in the amount of $327,760.00, CLIN 7703 in the amount of $360,536.00, CLIN 7004 in the amount of $163,880.00, CLIN 7705 in the amount of $9,783.40, CLIN 7706 in the amount of $23,641.20, CLIN 7707 in the amount of $8,894.00, and CLIN 7708 in the amount of $21,492.00. This action will increase the contract by a total amount of $1,456,790.60.
