RECOVERY Hand Severing, Pile and Cover Tuledad/Upper Bare Creek Fuel Reduction Project under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to the Contractors awarded a Contract under the BLM Oregon State Office Mechanical Fuels Treatment, Multiple-Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) for Northern California. This is not a solicitation. The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for hand severing and pile and cover of 209 acres in Lassen County. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on an existing IDIQ contract. The Solicitation Number will be L09PS01700. Receipt of an award is contingent on the recipient's ability to meet the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act.
