Seedlings need not be potted; however, seedlings may be wrapped bundles. Either way, the plants must remain moist and viable.Required plant species: 340 each Woods Rose (Rosa woodsii)340 each Curlleaf Mountain Mahogany (Cercocarpus ledifolius) or True (Amelanchier Alnifolia)340 each Serviceberry (Amelanchier alnifolia)340 each Bitterbrush (Purshia tridentata)340 each Golden Currant (Ribes aureum var. aureum)300 each Skunkbush (Rhus trilobata) Total of Shrub Seedlings is 2000 Required Dri-water: Dri-water may possibly be a brand name; brand name or equivalent is requested. Approximately 2000 half gallon cartons of Dri-water or sufficient quantities to sustain planted shrub seedlings for four to six months. The date of delivery would be April 01-30, 2011. We would like notification as soon as it is known, but no later than March 15, 2011, as to the actual delivery date in April. Delivery must occur Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Receipt of an award is contingent upon the ability of the vendor to supply the required shrub seedlings and DriWater, and the recipient's ability to meet the requirements illustrated in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act.
