RECOVERY - This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). This project is located in the Inyo National Forest, White Mountain Ranger District, Esmeralda Coumty, Dyer, NV 89010. The specification proposes to rehabilitate and reconstruct selected roadways for a project Base Bid total length of 6.20 miles on Forest Road 2N07, Trail Canyon Road and Option Bid Item Forest Road 1S61, Trail Canyon Trailhead depending on funding availiability. The project also provides for the clearing and grubbing, disposal of tops, limbs, logs and stumps; removal of gate posts with concrete and wire cable; and removal of old sign and post. The solicitation is being conducted as a Small Business Set Aside in accordance with FAR part 19 and offers will only be accepted from small businesses.
