RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.  THIS PROCUREMENT IS A TASK ORDER TO AN EXISTING INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY, MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (IDIQ MATOC).  THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE CURRENT IDIQ MATOC CONTRACTORS.    The purpose of this procurement is to procure energy efficiency upgrades at the Richland Federal Building in Richland, WA.  These upgrades consist of (1) replace air handling unit steam coils, belts and sheaves, (2) reduce comb air on steam boilers, (3) upgrade plumbing fixtures and (4) remove and replace cooling towers.
