RECOVERY – Dent South Road Maintenance Stewardship Task Order, FREMONT WINEMA NATIONAL FOREST, OREGON-THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA) PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is only available to the contractor who was awarded contract AG-04P5-C-08-9001, “SUSTAINED YEILD RESTORATION STEWARDSHIP ON THE FREMONT WINEMA NATIONAL FORESTS”. The Government intends to award a single Task Order from the proposed request for quotation. The original solicitation was competitively advertised as a Commercial Item RFP and Single contract was awarded to only one contractor as a result. Therefore, this offering is a sole source offering. This project will be funded in total with funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds and is subject to all the reporting requirements associated with this act. The Sustained Yield Restoration Stewardship contract is an integrated resource contract that includes but is not limited to ground based logging, product transportation, planting, road maintenance and mastication work. Work associated with this offering will consist of road maintenance and will include prehaul preparation, culvert cleaning and or replacement, drainage restoration and or placement, haul and place aggregate, clearing and grubbing of roadways, and roadway reconditioning.
