RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Public Law 111-5, the Government intends to issue a Task Order to one of the following Contractors under their existing IDIQ contracts for Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC). The following IDIQ Contractors are eligible for this award: CABQ7090010 Asset Group, Inc. CABQ7090004 Kraus Anderson CABQ7090003 Flintco Constructive Solutions This requirement calls for complete removal & replacement of the Crazy Horse School building's service and distribution systems as well as complete replacement of the lighting and power systems throughout the 111,000 square foot building.
