Synopsis for Sources Sought- Milt Brandt Visitor Center and Don Clausen Fish Hatchery- Warm Springs Dam/Lake Sonoma.
The San Francisco District, Corps of Engineers is seeking sources to procure services to provide all labor, materials, equipment, travel, and facilities required to complete final design and construction of required building modifications, and design, fabrication, delivery and installation of a series of interpretive exhibits for the Milt Brandt Visitor Center and Don Clausen Fish Hatchery.
Location: Warm Springs Dam/Lake Sonoma, Healdsburg, California, a community 70 miles north of San Francisco. The Milt Brandt Visitor Center opened in 1980, and the Congressman Don Clausen Fish Hatchery at the base of the dam opened in 1982. The hatchery was constructed to mitigate for the loss of spawning habitat for Chinook and steelhead trout; the hatchery is owned and funded by the US Army Corps of Engineers, and operated by the California Department of Fish and Game.
