RECOVERY:  This notice is provided for informational purposes only.  A Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be made available to contractors under the Nationwide Commissioning and Expert Professional Services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract.  This RFQ will result in a task order for commissioning and construction cost estimating services for the Fire Alarm and Mechanical Upgrade project at the John C. Kluczynski Federal Buildings in Chicago, Illinois.  More specifically, these services will include Commissioning and estimating for the Design/Pre-Construction, Construction and Project Close-out phases of the project.
