This opportunity is only available to contractors under the Southern Illinois IDIQ contracts for repair and alteration.  This is not a notice for solicitation of offers. 

The Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services for replacement of the existing curtain wall with a new complete curtain wall and spandrel system at the Kenneth Gray Federal Building, in Benton, Illinois.

The scope of work to be accomplished includes a new system which is double glazed(2 layers of ¼") has a SHGC of 0.5, a U-Value of 0.32 and low E hard coat on the exterior of the #3 surface.
