ARRA Burton HVAC Amended:

1. There is a contradiction in the documents regarding the form 1442 and the specifications regarding the 20th floor main air handler fan backdraft dampers. The specifications say to fix these in position, but the 1442 says 'remove backdraft dampers'. The requirement should be to fix these in place.

2. A revised SF 1442 will be posted soon.
