THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE NATIONAL ENERGY BUSINESS CENTER'S MULTIPLE AWARD BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER AGREEMENT.The following project will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject to the reporting requirements of that act. The Veterans Administration National Energy Business Center (VA NEBC) intends to issue a Competitive Task Order Request for Quotation against an existing NEBC Federal Supply Schedule Blanket Purchase Order Agreement for Renewable Energy Feasibility Studies that has been previously competed in accordance with FAR Part 8.405-3. This FSS-BPA Task Order will be for services to Evaluate Feasibility of a Solar Photovoltaic System at the Monterey OPC in Seaside CA.
