The Veterans Administration National Energy Business Center (VA NEBC) intends to issue a Competitive Task Order Request for Quotation against an existing NEBC Federal Supply Schedule Blanket Purchase Order Agreement for Renewable Energy Environmental Assessments that has been previously competed in accordance with FAR Part 8.405-3. This FSS-BPA Task Order will be for services to conduct an Environmental Assessment of a Solar PV System at the Los Angeles ACC and the Sepulveda OPC, CA.
