THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, IT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.  In accordance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, Pub,L. 111-5, the Government posts this special notice of intent to obligate funding to an existing contract vehicle, EP-W-07-104 in the amount of $4,642 in support of Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) remediation at the Santo Domingo Trading Post in Santo Domingo Pueblo, New Mexico. This additional work will require the contractor to develop plans, cost estimates and reports to extract up to five samples from several depths below the ground surface at the Domingo Trading Post site.  The contractor is Bristol Environmental Remediation, 111 W 16th Ave 3rd Fl Anchorage, AK  99501
