Recovery - Canyons of the Ancients Habitat
Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 Congress made supplemental appropriations to the BLM and other agencies for activities on Bureau of Land Management lands for projects that include maintenance, rehabilitation, and restoration of facilities, property, trails, lands and for remediation of abandoned mines and wells with the purpose of job preservation and creation, infrastructure investment, energy efficiency and science, assistance to the unemployed, and State and local fiscal stabilization, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009 and through the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010. This project is funded using funds made available from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
Fabrication of Twelve (12) Type I Gates; color Brown Inspection: the BLM shall inspect first (1st) produced item for quality assurance prior to full production.Receipt of an award is contingent on Price and Vendors ability to produce that gates according to specifications and ship the road closure gates by the delivery date to the required destination; and the recipient's ability to meet the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act.
Evaluation Criterias for Award: Technical, Past Performance and Vendors ability to ship the road closure gate by the delivery date, and recipients ability to meet the requirements in Section 1512 of ARRA Reporting are approximately equal to cost or price.
