1. Construct a new equine facility east of the brood mare barn with associated site work, utility and septic work. The new facility will include a non-conditioned horse wing with 28 stalls, a wash stall, treatment area and storage. The Conditioned section will include offices, breakroom, a classroom, a small lab, restrooms and janitor’s closet, and a mechanical space. 2. Demolish existing main barn after the new facility is operational and ready to house horses. 3. Construct new commodities barn on the site where the existing main barn was demolished.
