The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda, MD on Behalf of Emergency Management intends to award a sole source procurement to Wright Line LLC for Reconfiguration of Hospital Command Center to remove existing furniture and reconfigure/reinstall for a conference table 5 cubicles, and 4-man work station.

Urgent Requirement:
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate w/only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive bids. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Award will be made using SAP.
