The Department of Transfusion Medicine (DTM) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center (CC), Bethesda, MD has a requirement to procure the supplies listed below:

5.  AFL338      Recombinant Human/Mouse/Rat Activin A                 30 vials
6.  291_GMP   Recombinant Human IGF-I GMP Protein, CF               30 vials

These reagents will be used in the manufacturing process of the clinical product in the iPSC-RPE project for the treatment of age-related macular degeneration.  Requirement of these reagents has been tested and validated in the GMP compliant manufacturing process of this clinical product which will be administered to the patient.
