The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for 200 site safety recertification kits for the Office of Training. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Network Environmental Systems, as they developed the recertification curriculum for DEA and are the only source able to provide the recertification kits containing their proprietary curriculum.
