The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for 100 recertification kits to equip State and Local officers who are tasking the Site Safety and Advanced Site Safety Officer school with reference materials. The Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Network Environmental Systems, Inc., as they developed the recertification curriculum for DEA and are the only source able to provide the recertification kits containing their proprietary curriculum. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c) the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than November 2, 2017 at 3:00pm EST.
