The City of Warner Robins is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a comprehensive branding package that will provide the City with a distinct brand identity. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to initiate a rebranding project that will provide the City of Warner Robins with a distinguished visual presence through graphic representation, messaging, and branded materials. The complete RFP provided in Attachment 1: GA-4531 Rebranding Services RFP must be reviewed and all items included in the Scope of Services should be addressed in each proposal. Proposals will be accepted via the City's online procurement system, IonWave, until the designated date and time of Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 2:00 PM (ET). Questions will be accepted via IonWave until the designated date and time of Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM (ET). The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered. The City reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid and to waive all formalities.
