3.0 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 3.1 Supervision 3.1.1 Supervision General the Contractor shall assign one (1) on-duty Supervisor/lead person to check each location prior to the commencement of office hours of the subsequent workday. The Contractor will supply a logbook certifying that the building has been inspected prior to office hours of the subsequent workday. The Supervisor will certify that the work has been performed. Contractor shall also advise the name and telephone number where a responsible supervisor, or the Contractor, may be reached every day during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, for purposes of taking complaints and receiving information as to daily contract performance. 3.1.2 Periodic meetings will be held between the Contractor and Library District at the option of either Party. 3.1.3 The Responsible representatives may submit a written report regarding any such meetings. 3.2 Qualification of Contractor and Contractor's Personnel 3.2.1 Contractor must be able to demonstrate that its company has provided satisfactory Janitorial Service for a building or buildings (cumulative total at one time) of 80,000 square feet or more for the appropriate time as provided in this Scope of Services. 3.2.2 The Contractor shall provide in writing to the Library District within five (5) days prior to the contract starting date, the names, telephone numbers and addresses of the contract manager and on-site supervisors.
