MEDFORD SCHOOL DISTRICT REALTOR SERVICES Bids Due 2:00 p.m., October 8, 2019 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP 19-00-11 Medford School District 549C (District) is seeking written proposals from a qualified real estate agency to provide realtor services for the District. A Broker is needed to assist in the purchase of a facility/property within the city of Medford. The Realtor should be fully qualified of the laws of public property purchases and be prepared to provide extensive services and support in the areas listed for a minimum of three (3) years with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years at the District's discretion. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Any proposer must be licensed to provide real estate services in the State of Oregon; 2. Demonstrated experience in servicing public sector accounts of equal size, complexity, and scope; 3. Medford School District is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
