The United States Government is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources for office space within the city limits of Muskegan, Michigan. The Government is interested in leasing approximately 10,764 rentable square feet of Class A office space, yielding a minimum of 8,509 usable square feet to a maximum of 9,359 usable square feet and 68 onsite parking spaces. A current lease will be expiring and although the current location is adequate, the Government is interested in alternate locations of equal size and quality that is economically advantageous. Alternate locations will take into account added costs associated with the physical relocation and tenant improvements for the five agencies. Lease term: Ten (10) years, Five (5) years firm.
