This sources sought is being conducted to identify potential Small Manufactures/Authorized Distributors capable of producing or supplying Brand Name Supplies.

Scope of Work:
The Department of Laboratory Medicine's Hematology Service (Coagulation) is in need of reagents, kits and other commodities for the STA-R Evolution (2)

Objectives:
The DLM requires these reagents to perform testing for the NIH Clinical Center patients for Prothrombin Time Assay, activated Prothrombin Time Assay, Fibrinogen Assay, Thrombin Time Assay, D-Dimer Assay, Mixing Studies Assays, Kaolin Clotting Time Assay, Factor Assays, Antithrombin III Assay, Alpha 2 Antiplasmin Assay, Protein C Assay, Protein S Assay, Lupus Anticoagulant Assays, Anti Xa Assays, Plasminogen Assay, Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor -1 Assay, Reptilase Assay, von Willebrand Antigen Assay and monitor therapeutic for Direct Thrombin inhibitor.

The testing supports the analyzing of all CC coagulation testing samples obtained for clinical diagnosis.

Required Performance Capabilities:

Information will be collected from Small or Large Manufactures and authorized distributors at this time to determine if the requirement can be met using a small business set-aside. All respondents are required to certify if they currently meet the small business requirements under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code [325413], In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, as of the date of their submittal.

CAPABILITY STATEMENT - Any potential Manufacturer must demonstrate the following:

1) The offeror shall submit product literature for the supplies it is proposing. Capability Statement(s) should clearly identify the following:
a. Name of the Manufacturer, quantity and location where the units are produced (domestic and/or international);
b. A signed statement to state, "We are the Manufacturer of the items and/or we are authorized distributors of company X";
c. Estimated Number of days, after receipt of order that is typical for delivery of such items;
d. Any other relevant information that is not listed above which the Government should consider in developing its minimum specifications and finalizing its market research.

2) Provide the following business information:
a. DUNS number
b. Company Name
c. Company Address (including point of contact, phone number and email address)
d. Type/Size of company, NAICS code as validated in SAMS.

Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of the evaluation.
