Due to the overseas location of this solicitation, no set-aside will be used. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561210, Facilities Support Services.

All formal questions shall be in writing, using the English language and can be submitted to the POC's listed on the RFQ. Questions should reference FA5613-18-Q-0001 and shall be submitted at least 7 calendar days prior to the closing date on the RFQ. All questions with their responses will be publicly posted to FedBizOpps.gov.

In order to be considered for contract award and to be considered timely, all quotes must be received no later than 14:00 Local Time (CET), 17 November 2017.

A site visit will be conducted if your request is received by the Government no later than 5 days after the posting date of this solicitation. We will need the name of the firm and the members that would like to attend (maximum of two people). Please indicate whether or not the members have access to the base. Please note: it will be the contractor's responsibility to verify this request has been received by the Government.
