The State of Wisconsin, Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS) section, acting on behalf of the Department of Military Affairs (DMA), Wisconsin Emergency Management (WEM), requests Bids for the purchase of Food Catering Services for Volk Field Air National Guard Base along with Camp Williams, and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. On average, catering is required for twenty-six to forty (26-40) weeks spread throughout the year for Homeland Security Rescue Training. This training requires high calorie meals. The estimated number of attendees for a one (1) year period would be 600-700 attendees. Regional Emergency All Climate Training Center (REACT) also provides classroom and professional development training courses for an estimated 20 class for non-rescue related training that requires meals and break services, for a one (1) year period. The estimated number of attendees are for a one (1) year period would be 250-450 attendees. The DMA WEM does not guarantee it shall purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount. Bids that require a minimum number of commodities or services be ordered or any minimum contract price shall be rejected.
