The Stafford County (County) seeks to award one (1) or more, with a maximum of three (3), Job Order Contracts (JOC or Contract) to qualified Contractors with proven experience in the provision of labor and equipment to perform repair, alteration, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction services related to the County’s water and sewer distribution and collection systems during regular business hours, as-needed at various Stafford County facilities, and as needed on an emergency basis for the Stafford County Department of Public Works, Utilities Operations Division.
