The same material must be used throughout testing to maintain consistency and integrity of the testing. The compound formula is proprietary to BAE. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the contracting office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship.
