**Correction** to FAA office of requirement
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for tower replacement. The FAA contemplates a single award of a firm fixed price type contract.
This solicitation/request for offer is a small business set aside. The NAICS code for this effort is 488119 for "Other Airport Operations" with a size standard of $32.5 Million.
Each offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with the instructions in Section L of the SIR/RFO. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with Section M of the SIR/RFO.
Proposals are due no later than 5:00 p.m. local time CST (Central Time Zone), 27 April 2018, and must be electronically submitted to Contract Officer, Janice Hammonds at
[email protected] or by mail to P.O. Box 25082, Oklahoma City, OK 73125. Offerors may also deliver their proposal to 6500 South MacArthur Boulevard, MPB #24 Room 313, Oklahoma City, OK 73169.
The following information must be listed either in the subject line of the email or on the label of the proposal: SIR/RFO 6973GH-18-R-00057-Anniston, AL. If all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for contract award.

Offerors submitting proposals by hand-delivery will need to consider allowing sufficient time to process through the security procedures in place at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC). Overnight delivery of responses to this SIR/RFO may also be impacted if not sent in sufficient time to allow for the special mail-handling procedures in place at MMAC.
