This is a sole source combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and 6.302-1 (c), as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR subpart 13.
