a. Solicitation Number HQ002820417000 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates the following with the word "quoter" substituted for "offeror".

b. Provisions and clauses are those in effect through both Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55, effective 02 March 2012 and DFARS Change Notice 20120130.

d. Description: Note: THIS ITEM IS CLASSIFIED AS BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. These KVM we are trying to order will replace the current KVMs DMA-PAC Korea are using to control various network devices and servers for the daily mission in NIPRNet. The current KVMs were identified as CAT-I vulnerability due to the lack of CAC enforced login capability during the recent DISA DIACAP review. In order to meet the DISA and DMA-HQ IA security requirement we need to replace the current KVMs.
